We are seeking a seasoned Financial Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure the organization's long-term stability.

This role will involve managing cash flow, treasury oversight, and preparing accurate financial statements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Management: oversight of cash flow, accounting, payment, and treasury functions.
  • Reporting: preparation of financial statements, management reports, grant reports, and compliance documents.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: development and monitoring of budgets, variance analysis, and financial forecasting.
  • Treasury Management.
  • Internal Controls: implementation, risk mitigation, and policy development.
  • Compliance: tax filings, adherence to laws and standards.
  • System Optimization: maintenance and improvement of financial systems and processes.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Solid experience in treasury management.
  • Assessment of operational and financial control implementation, ensuring compliance within a global organization.
  • Effective leadership with relationship development skills.
  • Regulated environment experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with accounting & finance systems/software applications.
  • Market and industry knowledge a plus.
