We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the daily activities of our ISR team. As an experienced team manager and system administrator, you will be responsible for supervising the team's performance, providing guidance, and implementing process improvements.

This position involves leading a high-performing team in achieving its objectives through effective communication, coaching, and mentoring. You will need to monitor and analyze data, generate reports, and present findings to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the ISR team, ensuring consistent performance levels
  • Provide daily direction, communication, and feedback to employees
  • Evaluate and improve ISR processes and procedures
  • Work on process simplification and automation
  • Support department or company projects as they relate to the ISR Team
  • Analyze data, identify root causes, and propose solutions
  • Communicate ISR-related issues to the European Lead and suggest solutions

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent experience. Additionally, you should possess three+ years of experience in people management and managing via systems.

We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Fluency in English is required, while French, German, or Spanish is strongly preferred as a second language. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential, with SAP knowledge being a plus.
