
Operational Efficiency Transformation Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Excellence Specialist to lead our team in driving process improvements and ensuring operational efficiency.
- This role involves overseeing the implementation, control, and sustainability of Continuous Improvement (CI), Digital, and Innovation initiatives within the respective Tower at our organization.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including GPO community and Service Delivery teams, is essential to drive efficiency and operational excellence.
- Flexibility in working hours, ensuring alignment with various time zones, is required for effective global coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Lean Six Sigma Methodologies Implementation- Oversight of ongoing training, testing, and certification of employees in Lean and Green Belt methodologies.
- Leadership in integrating Lean Six Sigma to optimize processes, reduce inefficiencies, and elevate quality in alignment with set efficiency targets.
- Mangement of annual maturity assessment for processes, ensuring continuous framework improvements, guiding teams through the scoring phase, and delivering actionable recommendations for implementation.
- Collaboration with GPO to identify and drive process improvement opportunities.
- Leadership in initiatives to enhance process management frameworks, ensuring end-to-end ownership and accountability.
- Oversight of Governance with 'Ops Excellence' SMEs within Service Delivery teams, facilitating an ecosystem that prioritizes improvement ideas into 'Just do it' actions, Lean projects, and Green Belt initiatives.
- Responsibility for developing comprehensive Automation Roadmap to enhance process efficiency.
- Collaboration with business analysts and developers to ensure automation initiatives are aligned with strategic business goals, driving measurable benefits.
- Guarantee of achievement of measurable improvements in quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Enhancement of transparency in service delivery through strong governance and reporting frameworks.
- Partnership with stakeholders to ensure operations align with organizational objectives, driving value realization and seamless operational consistency across geographies.
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, engineering, or related field.
- Lean Six Sigma certifications: Lean (mandatory) and Green Belt (minimum).
- Black Belt certification is an added advantage.
- 8-10 years of professional experience, ideally within GBS or BPO organization.
- 4-5 years of expertise in operational excellence, process improvement, or related functions.
- Demonstrated contribution in leading large-scale process improvement and automation initiatives within global, matrixed environment and across O2C processes.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in systems like MS Projects, Minitab, Mural.
- Change Management.
- Preferred Digital Knowledge.
