Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

The successful candidate will have experience in general accounting tasks, including journal entries, clearings, reclassifications, and corrections. They will also be responsible for performing monthly budgeting and forecasting activities, as well as analyzing financial data and preparing account reconciliations.

  • Perform month-end accruals and prepare journal entries related to AR and AP documents;
  • Review and reject inaccurate entries performed by an external provider;
  • Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with international standards and internal policies;
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement projects to implement best practices across European subsidiaries;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field;
  • General knowledge of IFRS accounting procedures;
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Accounting;
  • Previous experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at different levels throughout the organization.
