Job Overview

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Customer Success Consultant. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Dutch, have intermediate English language skills, and possess experience in Telesales, Customer Service with product placement or Collections, outbound calls. They will be comfortable working in a repetitive environment, adaptable, and methodical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Re-engage potential customers by understanding their concerns and turning a 'no thanks' into a 'yes, let's do it.'
  • Guide customers through the process and successfully schedule a final evaluation at one of our branches in the Netherlands region.
  • Drive sales by converting interest into action and maintain trust to turn leads into loyal customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent written and spoken Dutch language skills;
  • Intermediate English level;
  • Experience in Telesales, Customer Service with product placement or Collections, outbound calls;
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and engaging with clients;
  • You thrive in a target-driven environment and are motivated to achieve results;
  • Comfortable in a repetitive environment, adaptable and methodical.
