Job Description

We are seeking a Sales and Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for supporting one of our largest partners and their fintech applications and platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales onboarding, customer success, or related roles in SaaS or fintech. You will be driven, collaborative, and customer-focused, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, guiding new customers through their onboarding journey while driving revenue growth by converting inbound leads and conducting warm outbound outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as subject matter expert on our top fintech partner's expense management, card, and travel solutions
  • Guide new leads through the onboarding process and help drive feature adoption
  • Educate leads and customers on best practices to maximize business value from the platform
  • Conduct scheduled calls and manage communications via email with assigned sales leads
  • Manage and maintain a sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM
  • Support integration setup with accounting platforms such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Xero
  • Track and report key metrics related to sales activities and conversions
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and product enhancements to internal teams
  • Execute warm outbound campaigns to generate new opportunities
  • Convert inbound leads into successful customers through consultative sales
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales onboarding, customer success, or related role in SaaS or fintech
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and quotas in a metrics-driven environment
  • Proactive and resourceful mindset with a passion for delivering customer value
  • Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning and explaining software tools
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, and sales enablement tools like Gong
  • Surface knowledge of accounting practices or experience working with accounting teams is preferred
