
Commercial Relationship Developer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining commercial relationships with traditional distribution accounts and Cash & Carry chains.
The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating and overseeing commercial contracts, implementing promotional plans, and monitoring performance indicators. They will also be required to manage contractual relationships with regional distributors and Cash & Carry accounts, ensuring proper implementation of contract terms and monitoring compliance with contractual deadlines.
This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role in driving business growth and development within our organisation.
- Negotiate and oversee commercial contracts with regional distributors and Cash & Carry accounts.
- Implement promotional plans to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Monitor performance indicators and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent negotiation and communication skills, as well as the ability to think analytically and work autonomously. You will also need to have advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint, and experience working with sales targets and promotional planning.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in FMCG industry, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven experience managing distributor and/or C&C network relationships.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with sales targets and promotional planning.
