Business Management Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Business Management team in Cluj, Romania.

This role will involve working across the business to support core activities and provide influential insights to executive stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Quarterly Risk Oversight & Co-ordination support;
  • Governance support including, change control of Darwin Service Schedule and support for deal exceptions;
  • Support a suite of data points to report KPIs/OKRs along with other data insights & reporting, including Darwin FTE monthly data;
  • Support co-ordination of exec/forum/ad-hoc papers;

With a strong focus on collaboration and partnership, you will work closely with the Business Management team to deliver excellent results and drive business value.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least two years of experience in a similar position;
  • Clear and structured logic and approach to data management, consolidation and reporting;
  • Excellent business partnering skills across a complex organisational structure;
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Romanian to include written, verbal and presentational;
  • Ability to work on own initiative;
  • Proficient in Excel (including formula, pivot tables and such) and PowerPoint;
  • Ability to manage (and develop) robust governance processes;
  • Understanding of Darwin business to support Risk Co-ordination;
