You will join a fast-growing company as a Product Compliance Specialist, where you'll take ownership of product regulatory compliance and drive strategic decision-making. With a growing technical hub, this role places you at the center of certification strategy, product safety, and cross-functional collaboration.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and interpret European regulations and standards, advising teams on necessary product certifications
  • Prepare and maintain documentation such as declarations of conformity, risk assessments, and technical files
  • Coordinate testing and certification with external labs to ensure product readiness and safety
  • Lead SOP creation and ensure compliance is embedded into product development, supplier collaboration, and go-to-market strategy
  • Stay current with evolving standards (RoHS, REACH, TSCA, Conflict Minerals, PAHs, CP65, POPs) and provide training to internal teams
  • Support supplier compliance efforts in collaboration with business, engineering, and procurement
  • Assist with preparing regulatory reports and documentation for audits or inspections
  • Proactively identify risks and improvement areas across compliance processes and systems
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Chemistry, Law, or a related field
  • 5+ years' experience in product compliance within the electronics industry
  • In-depth knowledge of RoHS, REACH, TSCA, PAHs, CP65, POPs, Conflict Minerals
  • Experience preparing compliance documentation and managing certification processes
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear and confident communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel as needed
