Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join our Digital Development team. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our digital investment products.

About the Role
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and execute manual and automated testing processes to identify defects and ensure high-quality software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop effective test strategies.
  • Maintain and enhance the existing test automation framework to improve coverage, stability, and efficiency.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to contribute to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, develop, and execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure the quality of digital investment products.
  2. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
  3. Identify, document, and track software defects, working with developers to ensure timely resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong background in both manual and automation testing.
  • Proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
  • Experience with manual testing techniques, including exploratory testing, boundary testing, and user acceptance testing.
