We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Business Analyst, where you will play a vital role in driving business success.

The ideal candidate will have experience in software development and a strong understanding of banking systems. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing effective solutions to drive growth and efficiency.

Your day-to-day

  • Provide support to application users by resolving Incidents;
  • Participate in Feature description (confluence);
  • Outline the logical architecture solution in Functional Analysis (what has to be changed in what module) together with architect, feature engineer, product owner, application leader;
  • Coordinate and align with PO / developer(s) / OPS / stakeholders to fit changes in release;
  • Organize peer-to-peer review (with senior analyst);
  • Assist in: testing (test cases & test data preparation), implementation and migration;
  • Assist and help stakeholders with UAT testing.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Writing pseudocode – solving easy programming problems;
  • SQL: comfortable writing medium difficulty queries daily (JOINs, subqueries, GROUP BY, HAVING);
  • Experience in a software development team in either one of these roles: Technical Business Analyst/Tester/Developer;
  • English – fluent; communicating with offshore teams daily.
