Customer Service Representative with Language Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in Spanish or Portuguese, as well as English.
About the RoleThis role involves providing first-level customer support, responding to service requests, and resolving post-sales inquiries via phone and electronic means. You will serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring that all Oracle methodologies are applied.
Responsibilities:- Ensure that tasks are handled during active shifts
- Provide verbal or written translations when customers require local language support
- Resolve assigned service requests related to our web portals
- Use service request quality guidelines when placing entries in SRs
- Monitor queues to respond to incorrectly routed or unassigned customer requests
- Respond quickly to customer requests for escalations by contacting the corresponding manager
- Excellent communication skills

- CAN address issues among multiple parties within the organization
