Job Description

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. Your primary focus will be on supporting the design and validation of Workday Cloud HR Transformation projects. You will work closely with project teams to ensure seamless execution and successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities include participating in workshops to develop business requirements, supporting the design and implementation of Workday Solutions, collecting and documenting business requirements, creating process documentation and workflows, supporting Workday configuration and release management activities, testing end-to-end business processes and Workday configurations, providing training to HR colleagues, and supporting data cleaning, conversion, and validation processes.

  • Conduct working sessions with HR to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements;
  • Design and implement requirements in Workday solution;
  • Work in an agile environment alongside a small collocated squad;
  • Security admin role in Workday.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess solid knowledge of and experience with Workday within implementation projects – 5+ years. You must have project experience in a technical or techno-functional role on one or more ERP implementation projects. Additionally, you should have HR administrator experience with business applications that support over 10,000 users. HR IS experience is also ideal with 3+ years implementation experience. You must be proficient in English, both verbally and written, and eligible to travel and work across Europe in short notice. A second language (preferably French/German) is desirable.

  • Solid knowledge of and experience with Workday within implementation projects – 5+ years;

  • English proficient level;
  • At least 2 years' experience in a consulting environment;
  • Excellent client communications skills;
  • Proven ability to analyze business requirements to determine configuration requirements;
  • Ability to apply strong business skills and methodologies to interpret data, business processes and deliver solutions to clients.
