Company Overview: Priority Chef is a rapidly expanding kitchenware brand with a strong presence across multiple channels, including Amazon, Shopify, Tik Tok, and Walmart. We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to drive our growth strategy, leveraging their expertise in e-commerce and brand management to elevate our brand story in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Craft and implement dynamic strategies to enhance product performance across key marketplaces, focusing on category growth and strategic improvements.
  2. Monitor sales, market share, and key performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
  3. Drive brand visibility through well-planned campaigns and promotions, creating impactful content and optimized listings that attract customers and increase conversions.
  4. Lead the planning and execution of product launches across all platforms, ensuring products are optimally positioned, marketed, and launched to achieve maximum impact.
  5. Coordinate cross-functionally to align marketing, inventory, and promotion strategies.
  6. Design and implement customer feedback polls to gather insights on product satisfaction, preferences, and areas for improvement, using this data to drive enhancements to product listings, advertising strategies, and overall brand positioning.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in brand management, with a successful track record of growing brands, ideally within e-commerce.
  • Proven experience in managing brands on Amazon, with familiarity with Shopify, Tik Tok, and Walmart.
  • Analytical & Experimental Mindset: A passion for diving into data, testing hypotheses, and optimizing performance through experimentation.
  • Results-Driven Approach: A passion for achieving measurable outcomes, driving brand visibility, and delivering on ambitious growth targets.
  • Fluency in English: Must be fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
