Expert VMware Cloud Director and NSX Architect

Church International Ltd. is seeking an experienced Consultant/Architect to join their team.

We are working with a client who is one of the UK's most certified independent VMware specialists, delivering cloud, datacentre, and digital workspace solutions.

As a key member of their team, you will be responsible for:

• Tenant Decommissioning: ensuring seamless transition of services from one environment to another.
• Decommissioning of VMware Cloud Director Objects and Hardware.
• NSX components installed on ESXi hosts (NSX-v/NSX-T) Decommissioning.
• vSphere components Decommissioning.
• Supporting Lifecycle activities of the environment, including creation of new virtual VIM environments for upgrade testing.

You will work closely with the automation team to ensure environments are ready for upgrade testing, develop LCM processes, and provide support to the Operations team on VMware Cloud Director.

A key project within this role will be NSX V2 T Migrations, requiring expertise in both products.

To succeed in this position, you must have strong knowledge of:

• VMware Cloud Director (vCD).
• NSX-v.
• NSX (FKA NSX-T).
• vSphere.
• Scripting experience, particularly with Power Shell.
