  • Insert and update data in our IP Management System, monitor patent status, and communicate effectively with clients via email and phone;">
  • Assist international clients in resolving pending issues related to their Intellectual Property portfolio;">
  • Perform various administrative tasks as needed;">
  • Meet deadlines and follow up on commitments;">
  • Expand knowledge and expertise in Intellectual Property, focusing on patents and inventions;">
  • Develop strong internal and external relationships.">

  • ">
  • Holds a university degree in Business, Economics, Law, or Applied Foreign Languages;">
  • Fluent spoken and written English; French and/or German are an asset;">
  • Affinity for working with numbers, strong attention to detail, and thoroughness;">
  • Excellent command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel);">
  • Willingness to learn and ambition towards achieving objectives;">
  • Autonomous working style with a critical mindset;">
