Intellectual Property Portfolio Manager

As an Intellectual Property Specialist, you will be responsible for managing clients' intellectual property portfolios with precision and timeliness.

• Act as a liaison between our clients, in-house lawyers, and local outside counsels
• Assist international clients in resolving pending issues regarding the protection and management of their trademark and design portfolio
• Process daily correspondence, handle regular follow-ups, and track deadlines in English and German or French
• Assist with all aspects of international trademark/design filing, prosecution, and maintenance
• Analyze data, coordinate report preparation, and identify solutions to resolve client problems
• Track deadlines, prioritize tasks autonomously, and administer data in our IP database
• Create and forward invoices to clients, obtain legal documentation, and provide direct support to trademark attorneys

• A degree in an administrative or legal field
• Fluent written and oral communication skills in English and French
• At least two years of working experience as a legal or administrative assistant; IP experience is considered an asset
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow standard operating procedures, and suggest improvements
• Precise and autonomous work style, critical thinking, and eagerness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, track deadlines, and work productively under pressure

• Educational background in the IP area or equivalent experience
• Solid relevant professional experience in IP management
• Strong organizational skills, attention to details, and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a global team
• Hands-on mentality, high sense of responsibility, and excellent fluency in English
• Knowledgeable with MS Office tools and availability to travel when required
