Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Office Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to our teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Your key responsibilities:

· Be the first point of contact for our organization.

· Develop and maintain positive relationships with our partners, clients, and suppliers.

· Oversee document management, ensuring accurate organization and filing.

· Receive, send, and track correspondence and important documents.

· Coordinate arrangements and provide support for organizing various events within the company.

· Collaborate with other departments in organizing off-site activities (such as workshops, conferences, meetings).

· Provide support with ad-hoc requests related to office administration.

To qualify for this role, you must have:

· Previous experience in a similar or related position.

· Good command of English, both spoken and written (minimum B1 level).

· Strong knowledge of MS Office.

· Excellent interpersonal communication and multi-tasking skills.

· Well-organized, friendly, self-starter, flexible, problem-solver.
