About This Role

We are seeking an accomplished Key Account Manager to lead our efforts in cultivating and growing existing key accounts through strategic relationships.

As the primary point of contact, you will build trust with clients by understanding their business challenges and identifying opportunities for Inetum services. You will anticipate client needs and propose tailored solutions that support their digital transformation.

You will be responsible for monitoring industry trends and collaborating with internal teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of growing existing accounts through upselling/cross-selling while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT consulting, focused on farming and client retention
  • Strong understanding of the IT market, software development methodologies, and technology ecosystems
  • Familiar with RFI/RFP processes and service contract negotiations
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • English – professional level, French - can be a plus
