**Job Opportunity:** Drive Growth and Success as Our SEO & Growth Marketing Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO & Growth Marketing Lead to spearhead our digital marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving qualified traffic, improving site performance, and supporting broader digital campaigns.

This is a hands-on, mid-senior level role ideal for someone who can work independently, think strategically, and thrive in a lean team environment. You will start by owning SEO and Webflow management, with room to grow into paid campaigns, email marketing, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a 6-month SEO roadmap across technical, on-page, and backlink initiatives
  • Conduct keyword research in niche B2B spaces (e.g. polyurethane processing, elastomer mixing, automation)
  • Optimize existing content and create briefs for high-intent landing pages and case studies
  • Implement CRO best practices (A/B testing, CTAs, form flows)
  • Make ongoing site updates, including HTML/CSS tweaks and image compression
  • Collaborate on copy when gaps arise; support UX improvements
  • Set up and manage analytics tools (GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush)
  • Track key KPIs (organic sessions, rankings, lead quality, conversion rates)
  • Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights
  • Plan and launch targeted Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns
  • Build and manage email workflows in Mailchimp or HubSpot
  • Publish LinkedIn posts and coordinate trade-show promotions
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of hands-on SEO and digital marketing experience, ideally in a mid-senior capacity
  • Track record of success in niche, technical keyword spaces
  • Strong technical SEO skills: Core Web Vitals, crawl budgets, schema markup
  • Proficiency with SEMrush, GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Webflow, and Figma
  • Strong written and spoken English; able to translate engineering concepts into clear marketing messages
  • Reliable, independent, and comfortable working with limited oversight
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience in polymers, elastomers, or capital equipment marketing
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, Genius ERP, or similar platforms
  • Design ability in Canva, Figma, or Adobe XD for quick-turn marketing visuals
  • Knowledge of U.S. manufacturing buyer journeys and trade-show cycles
