Are you a skilled professional seeking a new challenge? We are currently looking for a Contracts Negotiator to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work as part of our contracts creation team. As a Contracts Negotiator, you will be responsible for preparing procurement contracts, negotiating non-commercial terms, drafting or revising contracts, meeting regulatory requirements, and ensuring stakeholders' approval.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating non-commercial clauses with external suppliers.
  • Assessing legal risks and mitigating them by proposing alternative clauses in accordance with DB standards and policies.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and vendors to manage contractual stages.
  • Contributing to template development and playbooks drafting.
  • Preparing reports on contracts status, as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree from an accredited university – legal background preferred.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • +5 years' experience in drafting contracts, negotiations, and contracts management.
