As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of inspection services to clients. This involves receiving orders from clients, ensuring that all necessary technical documentation is updated and dispatched to suppliers and inspectors. You will also schedule and plan the activities of technicians in the field, carefully selecting qualified inspectors based on location, experience, and availability.

You will maintain relations with suppliers and proactively respond to new requests from clients. Reviewing inspection reports and timesheets issued by inspectors is another crucial aspect of this role. Regular follow-ups with clients and suppliers will ensure that the quality of service meets expectations, keeping them informed and communicating company procedures and policies.

Prepare reports for internal and external use, as well as update the company's CRM system throughout the process.

This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in English is essential, with French being beneficial for international relations. Strong problem-solving skills, multitasking abilities, customer orientation, dynamism, and teamwork capacity are also vital for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client orders, including updating and dispatching technical documentation
  • Coordinate activities of technicians, selecting qualified inspectors for assignments
  • Maintain supplier relationships and respond to client requests
  • Review inspection reports and timesheets
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and suppliers
  • Prepare reports for internal and external use
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in roles such as Procurement Specialist, Technical Service Coordinator, Foreign Sales Department, B2B Customer Service, Account Manager, or Logistics Operations
  • Excellent command of English, proficiency in French desirable
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Office Suite
  • Ability to handle stress, solve problems, and work effectively in a team
