Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Administrator to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, maintain payroll records, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including salaries, benefits, bonuses, deductions, and tax information.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee data.
  • Prepare payroll reports and provide insights as needed.
  • Process new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments in the payroll system.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for audits and compliance.
  • Assist with year-end payroll activities, such as tax reporting and reconciliations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll administration or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
