Descrierea jobului:

Oferirea de suport catre clienti atat prin convorbirile telefonice cat si prin intermediul e-mailului;
Acordarea de suport clientilor atat ︁︀︂︃︃︇︅︀in efectuarea cumparaturilor online cat si in cele din magazinele fizice;
Gestionarea apelurilor telefonice şi e-mailurilor primite de la clienti cu privire la eventualele situatii aparute in magazinele online, respectand standardele de calitate referitoare la preluarea apelurilor şi tehnicile de sustinere ale unei convorbiri telefonice;
Verificarea rapoartelor privitoare la comenzi, retururi si la plati online;
Identificarea oricarei oportunitati de a promova produsele companiei;
O buna colaborare cu departamentele de logistica si contabilitate;
Acordarea de suport departamentului de marketing in ceea ce priveste campaniile locale de marketing;
Participarea in proiectele internationale de E-commerce;
