Seeking a Specialist HR Reporting & Analytics professional to collaborate with key HR Business partners and groups on queries and reports for both standard and ad hoc delivery, dashboards, and data integrity, using a variety of IT tools.
As a Specialist HR Reporting & Analytics, you will independently create the necessary reports using modern, IT integrated tools, and maintain HR tools and systems to ensure proper data entry, integrity, and accuracy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carry out Headcount planning and provide monthly or quarterly reporting
- Create and deliver accurate reports and analyses using HR Master data tools and HR payroll system data
- Provide support for researching and resolving HR system problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; perform scheduled activities and analytics; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
- Identify training needs of end users and prepare training material in relation to system functionality, utilization, new processes, and procedures
- Participate in the optimization of processes in the HR Shared Service Team
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in HR, Computer Science, or Business Administration
- Fluency in English; French, German, or Luxembourgish will be considered an asset
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge of SAP HR, advanced in Access and Excel
- Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills; very organized and stress-resistant
- Strong customer service orientation, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently
- Ability to influence and persuade across all levels of seniority
- Ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality
