HR Specialist

As a Specialist HR Reporting & Analytics, you will collaborate with key HR Business partners and groups on queries and reports for both standard and ad hoc delivery, dashboards, and data integrity, using a variety of IT tools. You will independently create the necessary reports using modern, IT integrated tools. In this role, you will create and maintain HR tools and systems to ensure proper data entry, integrity, and accuracy. Your responsibilities will include carrying out headcount planning, providing monthly or quarterly reporting, creating and delivering accurate reports and analyses, and supporting the optimization of processes in the HR Shared Service Team. You will need a bachelor's degree in HR, Computer Science, or Business Administration, fluency in English, and excellent MS Office skills and knowledge of SAP HR. You will also need to be organized, stress-resistant, and have strong analytical and customer service skills. The major responsibilities of this role are:

• Carry out headcount planning and provide monthly or quarterly reporting.
• Create and deliver accurate reports and analyses using HR Master data tools and HR payroll system data.
• Provide support for researching and resolving HR system problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; perform scheduled activities and analytics; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
• Identify training needs of end users and prepare training material in relation to system functionality, utilization, new processes, and procedures.
• Participate in the optimization of processes in the HR Shared Service Team.
