Your Impact:
As a Digital Renewal Manager at OpenText, you'll lead a dynamic team of specialists in our Digital Renewal Center, where your guidance will ensure the seamless management of customer renewals. Your leadership will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction by managing renewal tasks like customer communication, quoting, order management, and more. Your influence will drive your team to meet and exceed targets, ensuring our customers continue their digital journeys with confidence and trust in our solutions.
What the Role Offers:- Opportunity to develop and coach a specialized team in a fast-paced environment.
- Be part of a global team essential to our customer retention strategy.

- Excellent organizational skills to manage time effectively, ensuring that team targets are met consistently.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle Service Cloud, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for handling escalations and engaging with various stakeholders.
- Willingness to work on mid-shift.
