Manager Fleet

Oversee fleet management procurement for Goodyear EMEA's car fleet and leased office facilities, ensuring cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment with organizational needs.

About the Role

• Develop and manage fleet procurement budget, ensuring cost alignment with organizational financial targets.
• Identify opportunities to reduce fleet-related costs through better pricing, leasing options, or vehicle lifecycle management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality services, timely deliveries, and potential cost savings.
• Monitor supplier performance, address service issues, and adjust as needed.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on procurement activities, costs, fleet performance, and supplier relationships.
• Incorporate eco-friendly and energy-efficient vehicles into the fleet to support the organization's sustainability goals.
• Explore and adopt fleet management technologies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business, Administration, or related field.
• Experience in Fleet Administration on an international level (2-3 years).
• Experience with outsourcing/PMO.
• Experience in Strategic Procurement/Category Management (6-8 years minimum).
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Strong skills in SAP/VIM and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Project Management.
• Customer-oriented.
