Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain HR standards, policies, and processes within your area of responsibility.
  • Act as a business partner to local management, providing consultancy on team management, organization, and labor law.
  • Manage the entire HR cycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent management, salary increases, promotions, employee satisfaction surveys, and development.
  • Support employees through transitions or career development, and implement organizational development decisions and support organizational changes.
  • Understand the company's business direction and recommend HR initiatives to support performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Relevant HR experience, preferably in HRBP, HR generalist, or HR specialist roles.
  • Ability to understand the business context, objectives, and strategy, and provide proactive advice.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and policies.
  • Ability to operate in a matrix environment and build complex relationships at various organizational levels.
  • Experience working with management teams and implementing business strategy.
  • Excellent judgment and conflict management skills.
  • Strong personality and communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Romanian Labor Code.
  • Fluent in English (French is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
