As a SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules to optimize clients' HR processes. Your deep understanding of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices will be crucial in delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Optimize clients' HR processes.
  • Utilize deep understanding of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices.

Requirements:

  • Over 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience in full-cycle implementation and support projects.
  • Knowledge in various SuccessFactors/SAP HCM Solutions.
  • Certification in SuccessFactors module/s.
  • Good communication skills and knowledge in HR Business Processes.
