Material Planning Associate with Italian job summary: Manage material planning and procurement processes for Alstom projects in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of materials.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with strong communication and analytical skills to take on this challenging role. As a Material Planning Associate, you'll be responsible for managing purchase requisitions, following up with suppliers, and ensuring the accuracy of material planning master data.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage purchase requisitions from start to finish
  • Follow up with suppliers to confirm delivery and availability of materials
  • Update and maintain accuracy of material planning master data
  • Create and communicate material planning documents to suppliers
  • Solve any issues related to goods receipt or purchasing conditions

Requirements:
  • Degree-level qualification
  • Relevant experience
  • Proficient level in English and Italian
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment
  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload
