The Procurement Data and BI analyst will play a key role in the purchasing team, working closely with team members to develop and implement data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish full supplier selection processes
• Prepare and launch Request for Quotation with suppliers
• Lead project negotiations
• Monitor Procurement project QCDT and legal project evolution
• Ensure work package sheet commitment respect
• Prepare Business Awards
• Promote Alstom's Code of Ethics and adhere to the highest standards of ethical conduct
• Coordinate projects with all departments
• Ensure on-time delivery and quality are secured, especially during the ramp-up phase of the project

Support Commodity Strategy:

• Consolidate commodity needs and inputs
• Participate in commodity strategy and panel elaboration
• Provide inputs to build differentiation
• Support Commodity Managers in tender phases
• Represent commodities towards projects, platforms, and solutions
• Ensure effective teamwork with internal customers and stakeholders in problem-solving
• Apply Alstom's Procurement process and provide return on experience

Build Supplier Relationships:

• Support global supplier panel relationships
• Manage specific supplier panel relationships (negotiation, specific agreements, local supplier QCDT performances)
• Measure supplier performance and develop them in coordination with supplier Quality Teams
• Assess risky suppliers and manage associated mitigation plans
• Manage initial issues before escalation to line managers
• Monitor Corporate Social Responsibility engagements and deviations
• Respect Alstom's Code of Ethics and guidelines

Performance Measurements:

• Savings P&L and Cost to Complete
• Non-Conformities Event and On-Time Delivery
• Supplier Compliancy Status Rate

Profile:

• Degree-level qualification
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage)
• Fluency in French and English
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Initiative and autonomy
