About the Opportunity

As an HR Admin with German language skills, you will work in a new international team and be responsible for treating requests in agreed SLA for all inputs of data management, reporting, compensation & benefits, and other HR processes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Process HR transactions in HR tools via ticketing systems.
  • Establish and maintain communication with local HR teams.
  • Train and provide support to the team.
  • Manage pre-onboarding activities, including pre-employment, updating HR management systems, and delivering documents.
  • Perform personnel administration tasks, including updating employment contracts, personnel files, and ensuring compliance with local legislation.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders.
  • Manage probationary period processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date HR data in HR systems.
  • Prepare periodic external and internal reports, including HR dashboards.
  • Support the implementation of various local and/or global HR and/or employee-related initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Full professional fluency in English and German, with a third language being a plus.
  • Experience with ticketing tools and HR tools.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, focus on solutions, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Team player and fast learner.
  • Bachelor's degree.
