As our new HR Manager you will lead the development and implementation of human resources strategy, initiatives and projects in Romania, focused to achieve strategic team and business growth.

You will be playing a key part in actively shaping the culture of IGT Solutions Romania by providing the best service to our people.

Main Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with the EMEA HR team and the Global HR Centers of Excellence to ensure a streamlined service is delivered to the business
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR initiatives in line with corporate goals and local legal
framework

  • Build effective working relationships with employees and managers at all levels, providing advice and guidance on a range of HR policies and matters, to support understanding and ensure effective communication of good HR practice
  • Play a leading role in developing our culture and promoting values for a positive and successful
team growth experience

  • Work closely with business leaders on organization design, talent retention, compensation &
benefits, performance management

  • Ensure positive and effective new-hire onboarding and exit cycles
  • Be accountable for accurate employee data in all core HR systems ensuring updates are made in a timely manner
  • Payroll process coordination in liaison with HQ team, local managers and local specialized partner
  • Manage HR administration to provide a safe and positive working environment and experience for employees
  • Manage the employees' data & records, headcount forecast and budget
  • Lead the adoption of new automation tools for the HR practice in cooperation with Group HR team
  • Coordinate labor documentation for new employees relocation and/or work permits in liaison with HQ, local authorities and local legal advisor
  • Suggest and implement changes aimed for better organizing the HR processes, deliverables,
and overall HR team work

  • Manage and coordinate health and welfare cases including maternity leave and long-term absence, liaising with the employees, HR team and HSE Coordinator as appropriate
  • Coach managers on performance management and sensitive employment matters, and coach own team on improved efficiency
  • Represent the company with HR related authorities

Profile:

  • Minimum 6 years of HR business partnering experience and min. 3 years at managerial level in
an international organization is mandatory

  • Previous BPO experience is a valuable advantage
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Top social networking and communication skills with the ability to create strong relationships
with colleagues and third parties at all levels

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem solving abilities
  • Solution-focused, "get-things-done approach", strong initiative
  • Solid knowledge of labor law, including payroll
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience in liaising with local authorities
  • Excellent organizing and multitasking abilities
  • Confidence and passion for working with today's HR trends and challenges
  • Resilience, flexibility and efficiency in business environments with multiple stakeholders and changing priorities
  • Fluency in English and Romanian languages mandatory
