Job Description:
GSH Online Media Company actively seeks a dynamic and driven sales account manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in identifying and securing new partnership opportunities while nurturing and strengthening existing client relationships.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a knack for customer relationship management, aiming to drive our sales department towards outstanding performance through customer-centric initiatives.


Responsabilities:
Develop and maintain robust relationships with both new and existing clients.

Proactively identify and engage potential leads, converting them into long-term partners.

Strategize and implement methods to enhance business growth with current clients.

Negotiate and finalize agreements, effectively closing sales deals.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales processes and departmental documentation.

Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets the team leader sets.

Regularly report to the team leader, providing updates and feedback as necessary.

Requirements:
Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on task completion.

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong communication skills, with a confident and determined approach.

Proven negotiation skills and the ability to resolve challenges creatively.

Team player with a collaborative spirit.

High school diploma required; additional computer training or certification is advantageous.
