Implementarea si monitorizarea proiectelor de resurse umane

Comunicarea interna in cadrul unitatii de business;
Intocmirea si gestionarea documentelor necesare pentru incheierea/modificarea/incetarea contractului individual de munca;
Elaborarea si revizuirea fiselor de post;
Introducerea si gestionarea datelor in programul de administrare personal;
Gestionarea Registrului general de evidenta a salariatilor;
Verificarea si introducerea pontajului salariatilor;

Vei avea nevoie de:

Studii superioare finalizate in domeniul economic, psihologic sau juridic;
Experienta minim 2 ani in domeniul resurselor umane;
Cunostinte de legislatia muncii;
Cunostinte operare pachet Microsoft Office;
Limba engleza;
Abilitati de comunicare si capacitate de ascultare activa;
Atentie la detalii, flexibilitate, adaptabilitate;
Proactivitate;
