Your role and responsibilities


•Participates in sales strategy discussions for the assigned area, agrees on short-term and long-term goals, and negotiates the division sales budget.

•Creates the division sales plans for area, in coordination with Sales organization. Supports the Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers.

•Provides technical support during the technical meetings, product presentations, and negotiations and offers product/solution/service-related training.

•Takes ownership of specific customer cases to ensure efficient customer issue resolution.

•Responsible for analyzing the lost proposals to improve competitiveness in the future. Performs regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.

•Requests the sales forecast of assigned countries for production planning and provides regular reports of the area sales and training activities

Qualifications for the role
  • University degree in Engineering field, electrical preferred
  • Sound technical knowledge for drives, motors and generators
  • Experience in technical field and sales more than 5 years
  • General knowledge of sales tools (e.g. Salesforce) would be an asset
  • Experience in business development, account management and cross-selling across systems, solutions, products and service categories
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Clean driving license
