Primary Purpose of the Position
- Competences:
Contribute and support the company and one team philosophy by continuously developing communication skills, proactive mindset and business expertise to ensure the highest possible outcome for the customer.
- Operational:
Understand the pricing strategies of different Business Units and execute them technically in the PriMa system based on the guidance of the Pricing Administration Competence Center (PACC).
Analyze price conditions usage and propose corrective actions to realize the company targets and team KPIs.
- Processes and systems:
Continuously work on process and system improvements to meet internal requirements and customer´s expectations.
- Standardization and Continuous Improvement:
Drive standardization and optimization in the Pricing area. Identify continuous improvement opportunities to bring efficiencies.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Customer:
Maximize customer satisfaction related to service and behavior by ensuring efficient and effective interaction with internal customers.
- Processes and Systems:
Follow defined standards and initiate and support process and systems efficiency improvements
- Cross-functional:
Maintain a close working relationship with the Pricing Administration Competence Center (PACC), Billing, CACC, local and regional Pricing teams. Continuous communication in order to enable the best decision based on the latest available information. Be aware of and understand the wider business environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand the Pricing strategies of different Business Units;
- Develop analytics to capture the value, through business opportunities;
- Maintenance of contractual conditions in PriMa system: List prices, discounts, net prices and rebate agreements;
- Maintenance of campaigns and promotions in PriMa system;
- Monitoring SAP interface and proper accomplishment into SAP SD module;
- Blocked documents: analyze blocked orders with local pricing teams and remove the billing blocks after approval;
- Analyze Pricing conditions in PriMa and SAP system in cooperation with the PACC team and propose corrective actions to realize the company targets and team KPIs;
- Perform various Sox and operational controls related to price maintenance and ensure their compliance;
- Specialist function:
- Responsible to contribute specific expert knowledge to the appropriate business unit and country in order to drive improvements for processes, systems or tools.
Education
- Academic Bachelor Degree or related field of studies
Experience
- Overall work experience of at least 2-3 years;
- Work experience in Pricing as Pricing Analyst or Pricing Administrator (desired);
- Work experience in Billing Operations, Sales Administration or Customer Administration would be an asset;
- Work experience with SAP SD module;
