About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated
Data & Analytics Enthusiast
 with hands-on experience in
Power BI
 and
Azure Databricks
 to join our growing Data & Analytics team. The ideal candidate is eager to develop impactful reporting and analytics solutions while working in a collaborative, international environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their data journey who wants to work with modern Azure-based technologies and support strategic business decisions across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Work with data pipelines using Azure Databricks (PySpark/SQL).
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reporting layers.
  • Support data exploration, transformation, and visualization efforts within the Azure ecosystem.
  • Assist in documentation, testing, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience with Power BI
     (minimum
    1–2 years
    ) – building dashboards, writing DAX, data modeling.
  • Experience with Azure Databricks or PySpark/SQL
     (minimum
    6–12 months
    ) – creating and managing data pipelines.
  • Understanding of data architecture concepts within Azure (e.g., Data Lake, Synapse, etc.).
  • Comfortable working with relational databases and writing SQL queries.
  • Good communication skills in
    English
     (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Team player with a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to CI/CD tools for Power BI deployment (e.g., Azure DevOps).
  • Experience working with Delta Lake or structured streaming.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
