We are seeking a skilled and proactive Power BI Developer to join our team, with a dedicated focus on delivering (design & development) of impactful dashboards and data solutions for Corporate Functions. This role will support strategic initiatives by transforming complex data into actionable insights through Power BI.

Key Responsibilities
Project 1:

  • Integrate Microsoft 365 data via Microsoft Graph API with internal HR and productivity systems.
  • Build a comprehensive dashboard to visualize KPIs around collaboration, automation, and data access.
  • Support client's digital workforce strategy by surfacing metrics such as Copilot usage, license utilization, and AI-processed content.

Project 2

  • Quarter Close Excel Consolidation.
  • Consolidate multiple Excel-based reports used during quarterly financial close.
  • Design and implement a Power BI dashboard that provides clear, actionable insights for finance and compliance teams.
  • Automate data refresh and ensure data integrity across sources.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Functions stakeholders to gather requirements and define success metrics.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and Power BI deliverables.
  • Ensure data governance, security, and role-based access across dashboards.
  • Provide documentation, training, and support to end users.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
  • Strong experience integrating data from Microsoft 365, Graph API, Active Directory, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with enterprise data sources such as Viva Insights, HR systems, and financial tools.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into design documents and then to technical solutions.
  • Experience with role-based access and data privacy best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a global enterprise environment.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.
