
Game Certification Coordinator/Specialist

- We are seeking a motivated Game Certification Coordinator / Specialist to support our compliance and certification processes within the gaming industry. The role involves preparing and tracking submission documents, coordinating with external test labs, and ensuring timely approvals for game releases across regulated markets. Key Responsibilities:
Certification Submissions
● Prepare and submit certification packages to accredited test labs (GLI, BMM, iTech Labs).
● Collect and verify all required supporting documentation (math reports, artwork approvals, RNG logs).
● Maintain trackers for submission timelines and approval statuses.
Regulatory Support
● Assist in monitoring regulatory requirements and update internal compliance checklists.
● Provide timely and accurate responses to queries from test labs and regulators under the guidance of senior staff.
● Ensure all certification records are up to date and properly archived.
Internal Coordination
● Work with Product, QA, Math, and Development teams to prepare materials for certification.
● Support internal pre-certification testing and escalate any discrepancies.
Documentation & Reporting
● Maintain submission dashboards, logs, and progress reports.
● Assist with preparing compliance summaries for management and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
● 5+ years in gaming or land-based gaming compliance, with at least 3 focused on laboratory certification.
● Proven track record of securing approvals in multiple major jurisdictions (e.g., MGA, UKGC, NJ DGE, AGCO, PAGCOR).
● Deep familiarity with GLI/BMM/iTech standards, RNG and RTP testing, PCI DSS basics, ISO/IEC 17025 methodology.
● Strong project-management discipline: can run 10+ concurrent submissions without deadline slips.
● Excellent document control and technical writing; zero-defect mindset.
● Confident negotiator and communicator—comfortable pushing back on labs or internal teams to protect compliance.
● Fluent English; additional language relevant to target markets is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience certifying sports-betting platforms (GLI-33) and live-dealer studios.
● Prior work with Kubernetes-based deployments and secure build pipelines.
● Professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer).
