We're seeking a
proactive and independent professional
with hands-on experience in
FIT hotel bookings
or a comparable role within the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor online reservations accurately and efficiently
- Handle last-minute and on-the-spot booking challenges with confidence
- Assist B2B travel agents via incoming calls, providing expert booking support
- Conduct outbound calls to suppliers and partners to secure the best possible solutions
- Resolve complex cases while coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Work across several online systems simultaneously to deliver high-quality service
- Manage operational and administrative tasks end-to-end within agreed SLAs
Qualifications:
- Minimum
1–2 years of experience
in a similar position within the travel industry - Fluency in English (C1/C2)
and
French (C1/C2)
— both written and spoken - Flexibility
to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends (5 days/week) - Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and processes
- Ability to work
independently as an independent consultant
(PFA or SRL entity)
