The role requires working
on-site, 5 days per week.

For our promising e-commerce client, we are looking for a 
Customer Service Specialist
 to manage pre- and post-sales communication.

Key Responsibilites

  • Handle customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and voice calls 
    (CRM platform)
  • Assist with 
    pre-sales
     questions (product info, payment, stock availability).
  • Support 
    post-sales
     processes (shipment tracking, advance payments, order follow-up).
  • Enter and update orders in 
    Shopify
    ; manage backend operations.
  • Upload FAQs and configure automated responses on CRM.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience
     in customer service, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Romanian mandatory
    , additional 
    English,
     
    French, Italian or Spanish
     is a strong plus.
  • Experience with 
    CRM platforms
    .
  • Strong 
    problem-solving skills
     and online communication experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple communication channels efficiently.
