As a representative, you will assist clients in Italian, ensuring they receive premium support tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to fashion products, order status, and brand services via phone, email, and live chat in Italian
  • Provide detailed information about product availability, features, and styling advice
  • Assist customers with order placements, returns, and exchanges
  • Resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a delightful shopping experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document inquiries in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance product knowledge and service delivery
  • Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and brand promotions to provide clients with relevant information

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the fashion or luxury industry, is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing memorable customer experiences
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries and maintain high-quality service in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
  • Familiarity with using CRM software and other customer service technologies
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary
