Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Works Site Chief based in Bucharest, Romania. The Interior Works Site Chief will oversee the daily operations at the construction site, ensuring that all interior works, facade works and MEP works for 20 high end villas are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, managing the site team, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing interior works and construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and standards
  • Project management and team leadership skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the construction industry, particularly in residential and commercial projects, is a plus
