We focus on excellence in our field and are looking for an experienced Chief Accountant to coordinate the company's accounting and financial activities in Pipera, Bucharest.

The Role
Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the company's accounting and financial activities.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international fiscal and accounting regulations.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Optimize financial and accounting processes for increased efficiency.
  • Lead the accounting team and provide professional support.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities.
  • Develop and implement financial and accounting policies.

Ideal Profile
Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
  • Strong knowledge of Romanian fiscal and accounting regulations.
  • Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills.
  • Mandatory languages: Romanian, English, and Ukrainian/Russian.
  • Proficiency in using the 1C accounting program.
  • Availability to work Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
