  E-INFRA este unul dintre cele mai puternice grupuri romanesti, cu o activitate de peste 28 ani. Prin intermediul companiilor parte a grupului, E-INFRA activeaza in arii precum infrastructura energetica, de telecomunicatii si civila, fiind, de asemenea, prezent si in domenii cheie ca productia de energie si energie verde, distributia de energie si gaze naturale sau telecomunicatii. Grupul reuneste activitatile Electrogrup, Nova Power&Gas, Netcity, Direct One si Wesee, companii active in domeniul proiectelor de infrastructura energetica si de telecomunicatii. Alaturi de acestea, E-INFRA s-a dezvoltat constant si numara astazi peste 1200 de angajati.

In momentul de fata cautam un Project Manager care sa se alature companiei Electrogrup, parte din grupul E-INFRA.

Responsabilitati 
 Planificare & organizare:
  • Monitorizeaza indicatorii bugetari/KPI ai proiectului si obtine aprobarile necesare.
  • Elaboreaza organigrama proiect, WBS, cronograma, aproba baseline-ul.
  • Dezvolta si mentine Planul de Executie al Proiectului (PEP).
Managementul riscurilor & resurselor:
  • Identifica, evalueaza riscurile; actualizeaza Registrul de Risc.
  • Estimă si aloca resurse (umane, materiale, echipamente).
  • Coordoneaza echipa de proiect si colaboreaza strans cu Seful de santier.
Monitorizare & control:
  • Urmareste termenele si bugetul; identifica abaterile si initiaza actiuni corective.
  • Analizeaza costurile, veniturile, profitabilitatea si redacteaza raportari lunare.
Executie & calitate:
  • In teren, asigura derularea activitatilor zilnice/saptamanale impreuna cu Seful de santier.
  • Supervizeaza activitatea subcontractorilor, contractele, testarile, receptiile.
  • Verifica respectarea standardelor de calitate si normelor tehnice.
Comunicare & relatii externe:
  • Conduce sedintele de progres; arhiveaza minutele.
  • Mentine relatii cu proiectantii, beneficiarii si autoritatile relevante.
  • Semnaleaza neconcordantele si asigura utilizarea documentatiei corecte.
Suport & conformitate:
  • Aproba listele de materiale pentru aprovizionare.
  • Sprijina echipele QA/QC si tehnice in intocmirea documentatiei de santier.
  • Respecta regulamentele interne, politicile companiei si cerintele legale.
Inchidere proiect:
  • Intocmeste raportul de inchidere a proiectului in maxim 30 zile de la semnarea PVR si il actualizeaza la punerea in functiune.
  • Participa la activitati intra- si interdepartamentale dupa solicitare.
  • Gestioneaza documentele de proiect (planuri, cereri de oferta, contracte subcontractori, receptii, reclamatii garantie).
  • Asigura executia lucrarilor in conditii HSE (sanatate, securitate, mediu).
Cerinte
Obligatorii:
  • Studii superioare tehnice (electric/energetic sau domeniu similar).
  • 3-5 ani experienta in managementul proiectelor EPC (ideal in domeniul energetic/petrol-gaze/nuclear).
  • Experienta in statii de inalta tensiune kV).
  • Capacitate de leadership, coordonare si prioritizare resurse multiple.
  • Cunostinte tehnologii statii electrice, SCADA, protectii, reglementari.
  • Permis conducere categoria B + disponibilitate deplasari.
  • Limba engleza nivel avansat, Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Avantaje:
  • Experienta in management proiecte EPC pentru statii electrice / parcuri eoliene-fotovoltaice.
  • Certificare PMP / PRINCE2 sau echivalent.
  • Cunoastere avansata MS Project / Primavera.
  • Cunostinte despre reglementarile ANRE / autoritati locale.
  • Certificare ANRE 4A / 4B.
  • Cunostinte suplimentare despre comanda/control, SCADA, relee de protectii.​​​​​​​
