Your mission:

  • Provide coordination, vision, and drive in implementing a European-funded project with real community impact
  • Exercise active leadership and maintain constant communication with the team and project partners
  • Take part in strategic decision-making and monitor technical and financial progress
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines, guidelines, and reporting requirements specific to EU-funded projects


What you need:

  • University degree (completed)
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills
  • ANC-accredited "Project Manager" certification — a plus
  • Previous experience in implementing or coordinating EU-funded projects — a strong advantage
