Responsibilities:• Manageend -to -end execution of creative marketing projects, including BTL activations,events, sponsorships, and photo/video shoots;• Overseethe production of branded materials (merchandise, point -of -sale materials,displays, etc.) to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and timelydelivery;• Coordinatesponsorship activations and partnerships, ensuring visibility, compliance, andreturn on investment;• Supervisethe organization and inventory management of the company's marketing warehouseto ensure materials are efficiently stored, tracked, and distributed;• Collaboratewith internal departments and external agencies, suppliers, and partners todeliver high -quality outputs within agreed timelines and budgets;• Developand monitor project plans, budgets, and reports, providing regular updates tosenior management;• Create,manage, and maintain budget files for each assigned project as required,ensuring accuracy, transparency, and adherence to allocated resources;• Ensurecompliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related tomarketing activities. RequirementsRequirements:• Bachelor'sdegree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a relatedfield;• Minimumof 3–5 years of experience in marketing project management, preferably withinthe entertainment, FMCG, or gambling sectors;• Demonstratedability to manage events, BTL campaigns, sponsorships, and production projects;• Strongorganizational and time -management skills, with the ability to prioritizemultiple projects under strict deadlines;• Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities;• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of project management tools is consideredan advantage;• Fluency inRomanian and English, both written and spoken.
