Description
This part-time position will join the Project Managers' team to manage creatives. It has the potential to grow to full-time and work with other lanes in the future.
Project Managers are the lifeline of our teams. Well organized and flexible, they have the ability to work with all levels of management (client and internal), vendors, and possess strong project management ability. The Creative Project Manager is pivotal in keeping projects moving internally and managing the client's expectations. They will engage with the client to gather assets and understand the overall direction of the campaign and creative request. Proactively support the team in various administrative activities by building project schedules, forecasting project hours, coordinating with different teams to ensure that projects start and finish on time, that all stakeholders have reviewed and approved in a timely manner, and enforcing the process during projects. They will help create efficiency by forecasting, monitoring utilization, identifying opportunities to move projects to lower cost resources, and client approvals.
Responsibilities
- Support or act as the primary point person between the creative stakeholders and other support teams
- Accountability for communicating internal plans/methodology with new creative members
- Run internal client meetings as needed; be responsible for daily communication with key internal contacts.
- Ensure timeliness of deliverables with stakeholders (both client and internal)
- Assist the creative lead in writing creative briefs.
- Maintain campaign assets matrices as needed, review all art file updates for accuracy, and report on the number of rounds and schedules.
- Ensure on-time, accurate program execution
- Prioritize & manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and proactive in evaluating, recommending, and implementing opportunities to improve internal tools and processes
- Strong client relationships at the administrative level
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings; taking notes and distributing; following up on actions
Requirements
- Fluent English - Must
- Previous experience with design & creative assets - Plus
- Understanding in the digital marketing field - Plus
- Previous experience as a project manager
- Previous experience in client-facing roles- Plus
- Detail Oriented
- Super Organized
- Project management tools proficiency - Plus
- Ability to grow in the position
